I’m Nicola Anderson, founder of Capacity to Grow - Business Growth Partner and People Performance Specialist.

After 25 years leading operational and commercial teams across construction, property, and service industries, managing £50m+ businesses and teams of 150+, I saw the same pattern again and again.
